PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order on the MILFDAD shop, a confirmation with the amount charged & items ordered will be sent to the email address you provide to us. This will contain your unique order number, which you will need to reference in the event of a problem, so please keep track of this email.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
PAYMENT, TAXES AND DUTIES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by both debit and credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & all other major American credit card brands. We also accept payment via PayPal.
All transactions are shown in US Dollars ($).
U.S. taxes will be charged according to appropriate state law. Milfdad, LLC is not responsible for any customs or duties charged to international buyers.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Email us at info@milfdad.com before you receive a shipping confirmation and we will allow you to cancel an order for a full refund. After an item has been received, if the customer would like to request a return, please email us at info@milfdad.com. We only accept returns on items that remain in brand new condition with no signs of having been worn. All original tags and labels must be attached to all items to receive a refund. All refunds must be requested within 15 days of an order being received. Returned orders should be sent to the following address: 141 Flushing Ave, Building 77, Brooklyn, NY 11205. The customer will cover the full cost of return shipping. After the returned items has been inspected, we will send the customer a full refund via PayPal. We do not typically offer returns for international buyers.
HOW DO I APPLY A PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER?
At the bottom of the first checkout page (“Secure Order Form – Step 1 of 3”), there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?
Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
DOES YOUR SITE INSTALL COOKIES?
Yes, we do install small packets of information on your computer temporarily. Cookies are used by us to streamline and enhance your ordering experience. In order to use our online store, you must have cookies enabled at all times.
SHIPPING TERMS & INFO
Please allow 2-5 Business days of handling time before orders are dispatched and 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on where you are located.
We use USPS for domestic & international orders. We offer global shipping with USPS Priority Mail international (standard) and USPS first class package (economy shipping) depending on buyer's preference.
We are not responsible for any customs and duties costs incurred by international buyers. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and we do not accept international returns.
